Cuboree/Scoutoree – what to bring

Thursday Meeting
At our regular meeting on Thursday September 29, please bring the following with you:

Equipment for loading see equipment-and-packing-list-cuboree-2016*
Tents (Scouts only)
Cheque – $50 per participant

Paperwork
Signed Parent/Guardian consent form (Scouts Canada Parent/Guardian Consent Form)
Please also let us know about any medications that unaccompanied youth will need.

Parents who are coming need to have:
Signed Code of Conduct Code of Conduct.pdf – Scouts Canada
Signed Hold Harmless Agreement hold-harmless-for-cuboree-2016
Signed Physical Fitness Form physical-fitness-form_non-members; and
Completed the Safe Scouting for Parents module online (see https://help.scouts.ca/hc/en-ca/articles/204157670-How-to-access-the-Child-and-Youth-Safety-training-online-) by Friday.

Travel Friday
On Friday, we need to wear uniform to travel and you will also need to bring money for travel to Lansdale and dinner on board the ferry.
